Any product quality due to our production such as peeling off after one game,as for ball not holding air, it is hard to confirm the reason,it might because of not mositen needle when insert to the ball and hurt the bladder. We will make extra new balls in next shipment when reorder

We promise to finsih every order in 20 days，if we delay one week, we will deduct 2% of cargo value

if we delay 2 weeks, we will deduct 5% of cargo value
